We will see here solutions found in various part of the world as a global agreement was still discussed by the United Nations.

At the early ages of parallel universes explorations, americans scientists thought there would be no limit to the number of universe that can be reached. To simplify, it was only a question of where the cursor stands. But that was wrong : earth was discovered by accident and during the early ages, despite the efforts and the money invested, The Second World was only connected to Earth.
The North Americans, supported by Asians and Europeans, hardly reached after 20 years of explorations, and still by accident, a few others universe. Five exactly, far from their previous expectations.
By time of discovery, they found :
1980 :Earth
1997 : Terra
2006 : Havok
2011: Gundam.
Contrary to Earth, Terra was quite different for ages from TSW (By the way, TheSecondWorld very own name was Gaya).
Terra was a world with 2 billions unhabitants, roughly separated in three block, the Roman Empire, the Hanshu Confederation and the African Association.

Havok was a disgusting discovery for TSW : a world dominated by savage men, where female babies were killed, a world devastated by a permanent war, sticked on the equivalent of our 14 th century for their technological, cultural and economic level.

The discovery of Earth, and later Terra was known by all the population of TSW.
Havok, and later Gundam, remain secrets shared by an elite.

As the others, Gundam was discovered by accident.
The first explorations of Havok showed terrible facts, stories and pictures to the scientists.

Gundam was something else. The human societies and technologies have reached the equivalent of the 1930’ for TSW, populated by 4 billions of habitants, living in peace. No fear of economic crisis or WW2 were in the air but something else : The TSW exploration squad discovered the most unexpected : Gundam was in touch with an alien race. Huge spaceships were floating on the atmosphere. TSW authorities decided to stop further exploration, to avoid that Gundam and the aliens discover their presence. We will get back on Gundam later, in a dedicated chapter.

Different history part VI

In the previous documents we discovered how the SW was created and how successfull were the women.
Not only did they succeeded to fix a global peace, to spread Gynarchy over the planet in almost all countries, but their geographical technical specialization drove them to a level of technical, scientifical knowledge far in advance of what Earth would ever reach.
Teleportation in America, genetical DNA customization in Europe, Space exploration for Russia and Robotisation and Nanotisation for Asia.
But around 2005, most of these prosperous Gynarchies realized they were about to face a huge problem.
With the help of cloning and the creation of the third specie, the Wymen, the global repartition of the sexes on TSW were in 2010, men 37%, women 41% and Wymen 22%.
Theorically, Wymen were self sufficient : most of the last “versions” after 1997 were both able to have female or male gender, according to their needs. But their new borns were only Wymen.
And with the changes occurred to women, taller, stronger and the changes in the societies that “feminized” men, the birth rate dramatically felt to 0,7 baby per woman. Not only were the male reluctant to have children, because it was difficult to find a partner, but their will to have children decreased to zero.
Psychologists and sociologists held a lot of conferences on that subject and concluded in Kyoto in 2009 that the SW population would start to fall by 20% each 25 years.

That was not totally a global problem : it was the contrary in the so called archaic societies of some countries of Middle East and Africa, where gynarchies faced religious and or cultural problems to settle.
The newspapers spred the alarming news. The competition for male increased again, occurring troubles in most of the gynarchic countries. Fights, violences happened between women and sometime with Wymen most Friday and Saturday were everyone was going out.
The social life suffered a lot ; It becames dangerous for male to go out with out a protection. Rape, kidnapping were common.

No more safe place for men

The governments tried to push to assisted procreation, but the need to have sexual relation and a intergender relationship was too deeply engraved in women brain to be wiped out. The last 80 years, which meant so many positives changes for them, were turning to a dead end.
The United Nations suggested two solutions at the famous Bordeaux Conference in 2011 :
- The creation of a new cloned gender, the Myn which role would be to replace the lack of men
- The development of parallel world explorations through the teleport, with the idea to kidnap men on new found world like Earth, or , more simply, the idea to offer for Women and Wymen a possibility to get pregnant while there and give birth on SW.
That was a good way to get men discreetly with the remaining problem of not having a companion.
The opinion was divided about these options :
The creation of Myn would lead to new problems and most male, surprising were against this idea.
The massive kidnapping would break the secret of Teleportation on new found worlds.
The discreet insemination would not fulfill the desperate physical needs of men on SW.

Beyond thoses, let s talk about Simonia Werstall. She applied many times for the Chair of Science, in Berlin, considering her work on Wymen muscle was a proof of her ability. In fact, the muscles she created, mixed horses and human DNA and yes, that was a good improvement for Wymen velocity.

When her application was refused for the 3rd times, due to political reasons, she decided to create the ultimate Wymen. Three years later, Simoniwa was born. Simoniwa was beautiful, intelligent, wild and cruel. Dr Werstall goal was to make Simonwa the perfect urban amazon, reaching 260 CM.

In 1975, the europeans launched the first inhabited satellite, Athena and a few years later landed on Mars. The Asians gynarchies (Japan, Korea, Vietnam ) offered helps to miniaturize the machine, while the Europeans proposed a few clones for the next jump.

So the USA were about to start a war with Europa Confederation. But the fight never happen.

When Willma, the german Kaiserin decided to fix a global summit for all the gynarchics governments led by women, the rest of the world did the same and 1939 summer is often considered as a major moment of TSW history.
Both parts were considering the other as aggressive, dangerous and as a threat for human peace.
For Willma and most of the european gynarchies, it was time to assess what changes have been done and what will be the next one.
In most european societies, the NSM (nutrition, sport, minds changes programs) allowed major changes.
The women in these countries were leading politics and economics and even on the micro scale, the change were considerable.

But the impact on their economy was very different. By producting weapons of mass destruction and orienting their economies to a massive war effort, they were about to loose a war that didn't even started.

After a week of strong debates and a confidential poll, Karolina have been chosen to be the first teleportation jumper.

TSW historians grant that the evolution of Earth and TheSecondWorld mostly separated around the very beginning of the 20th.
Both worlds have a World War in 1914, but on TSW in 1917, as most of the women from Europe, Russia and the USA gained the right to vote, the whole developped world faced a huge crisis, as the women were rejecting massively the politics who led to the 10.5 millions deaths butchery.
The change came from the Netherlands, a small country known for cheese and flowers, which decided to promote a woman, Saskia Domineek at the head of its parliament.

The Wymen targeted discreet places that were easy to access and unpopulated.
Their first Target, known as the First Door, was located on San Nicolas Island. Initially, they were targetting Santa Cruz, a few kilometers north but a mistake make them connected to the Island of San Nicolas, a military base of the US Army : probably the worst result they could have imagine.

Pioneer 10 is heading in the direction of the star Aldebaran in the constellation Taurus at roughly 2.6 AU per year. If Aldebaran had zero relative velocity, it would take Pioneer 10 about 2 million years to reach it.

On TheSecondWorld, Pioneer 10 was launched in 1969 and headed to Alpha Centauri B.
